The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has effectively delivered the 10.89 billion of money helps or Ayuda in the National Capital Region (NCR)/Manila as the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) set hard lockdown in NCR beginning August 6, 2021.
The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) said on Friday that an aggregate of P10.89 billion has been credited to the ledgers of Local Government Units (LGUs) in Metro Manila for appropriation to 10.9 million affected people.
Pursuant to Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-MEID) Resolution No. 130-A dated 29 July 2021, the National Capital Region (NCR) was placed under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) form August 6 to 20, 2021.
As approved by the Office of the President per Memorandum dated August 3, 2021, financial assistance shall be released to cities and municipalities in NCR, chargeable against the savings generated pursuant to Administrative Order No. 41.
Placing ECQ in the NCR

PNP Chief Guillermo Eleazar said
