- Salary per year: 25,600 (Php 1,697,849)
- Job Description:
- Prepare meat for consumers’ use through various processes. They are responsible for tenderizing, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, and handling of meat.
- They also engage in packaging, weighing, labeling, and pricing of meats.
- Performing animal slaughtering and butchering.
- Breaking down carcasses into primary and secondary cuts.
