Trans Overseas Manpower Services, Inc. is a land based recruitment agency duly licensed by the (POEA) Philippine Overseas Employment Administration and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) specializing in the career placement of Filipino professionals and skilled workers for overseas employment.
It was organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines on July 10, 2000, primarily to engage in human resource recruitment, testing, training and deployment of the finest workers in the Filipino manpower overseas.

Lifeguard
- Salary per month: USD 624 – 824 (Php 32,738 – 43,231)
- Job Description:
- Must be First Aid and CPR certified.
- Must be American Red Cross Lifeguard certified or local equivalent certification
- Must have thorough knowledge on water rescue procedures and first aid.
- Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues as they relate to Pool Management
