Visayas Recruitment Schedule: Pre-entry Examinations
The Army Recruitment Office Visayas is holding fixed testing exams at Headquarters Visayas Command, AFP, Camp Lapu-Lapu, Barangay Apas, Cebu City for both Officer Candidate Course (OCC) and Candidate Soldier Course (CSC) applicants.
Visayas Schedule
- For Officer Candidate Course (OCC):
Exams will be held every Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday for AFPSAT, AQE, and SWE. - For Candidate Soldier Course (CSC):
Exams will be held every Wednesday and Thursday for AFPSAT.
Requirements for Visayas Applicants:
- Diploma (Senior High School/College)
- Form 10/Transcript of Records
- PSA-issued Birth Certificate
- Any government-issued ID (Original Copy)

Mindanao Recruitment Schedule: Pre-entry Examinations

Skills Needed for CSC Applicants
Applicants for the Candidate Soldier Course (CSC) must have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Engineering & Technology: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Civil Engineering
- Media & Communications: Journalism, Mass Communications, Creative Web Design
- Automotive Skills: Automotive Technology, Diesel Mechanic, Driving Skills (light, medium, heavy vehicles)
- Medical & Health Services: Emergency Medical Technician, Nursing, Pharmacy
- Logistics: Supply Chain Management, Warehousing

Qualifications for Philippine Army Applicants
To join the Philippine Army in 2024, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Officer Candidate Course (OCC)
- Must be a Baccalaureate Degree Holder
- Must be 21-29 years old
- Must have no pending cases
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Minimum height: 5 feet for both males and females
Candidate Soldier Course (CSC)
- Must be a Senior High School graduate or a College graduate
- Must be 18-26 years old
- Must have no pending cases
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Minimum height: 5 feet for both males and females
