BFP Salary and Benefits

A Fire Officer I in the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) can receive the following salary, benefits, and allowances:

Salary:

• Position: Fire Officer I
• Salary Grade: 10
• Monthly Salary: PHP 29,668.00

Longevity Pay:

• After 5 years of service, BFP personnel receive 10% of their basic monthly salary as longevity pay.
