Recruitment Process
Here are the steps to apply:
- Fill Out the Application Form.
- Initial Evaluation.
- Initial Interview/Screening.
- Pre-Orientation (if approved).
- Height and Weight Measurement (BMI).
- Physical Agility Test (PAT).
- Psychological/Psychiatric Examination (PPE).
- Character & Background Investigation (CBI).
- Physical, Medical, and Dental Examinations (PMDE).
- Drug Test.
- Final Committee Deliberation (FCD).
- Oath-Taking.
Training:
After oath-taking, recruits will complete a six-month Public Safety Basic Recruit Course at the Regional Training School, followed by six months of Field Training Program or On-the-Job Training (OJT) at local police stations in their assigned area.

General Qualifications
To qualify for PNP Patrolman/Patrolwoman, you need:
- Be a Filipino citizen.
- Good moral character.
- Be physically and mentally fit.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Have one of these eligibilities:
- NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance Exam
- Civil Service Exam (Professional)
- Bar or Board Passer
- Licensed Criminologist
- College Honor Graduate
- No dishonorable discharge or convictions.
- Height:
- Male: 5’2″ (157 cm)
- Female: 5’0″ (152.4 cm)
- Weight must fit the standard for your height.
- Age: 21 to 30 years old.
Appropriate Eligibilities
Here are the eligibilities for recruitment:
- NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance Exam
- Civil Service Professional Exam
- Bar/Board Exams (R.A. No. 1080)
- Licensed Criminologist (R.A. No. 6506)
- Eligibility for College Honor Graduates (PD No. 907)

Salary and Allowances
The starting salary for a PNP Patrolman or Patrolwoman is Php 29,668.00 per month.
Additional monthly allowances include:

- Clothing Allowance: Php 200.00
- Hazard Pay: Php 540.00
- PERA: Php 2,000.00
